How to use this template
- Every task listed here should be something you and your Master have explicitly discussed and consented to — nothing here should be treated as mandatory just because it's written down.
- Review and revise this schedule together periodically. Needs, schedules, and limits change.
- Leave blank any section that doesn't apply to your dynamic.
What's inside
Morning rituals
Space for a wake-up check-in, an optional position or kneeling ritual, a gratitude reflection, and a review of the day's task list.
Daytime service & tasks
Check-in message intervals, assigned chores or tasks, an agreed symbol of devotion (collar or item, if applicable), and posture or speech protocols while in your Master's presence.
Evening rituals
A report on the day's tasks and compliance, gratitude or reflection journaling, an evening debrief conversation, and prep for the following day.
Weekly (not daily) additions
A deeper check-in, a review of rules and limits with room to renegotiate, and reflection on what's working and what isn't.
Built-in safeguards (recommended in every version)
- Safeword or check-in phrase — clearly defined and always honored, no exceptions.
- Opt-out clause — any task can be paused or declined without punishment if it conflicts with health, safety, work, or wellbeing.
- Regular renegotiation — the schedule isn't static; revisit it on a set cadence.
- Aftercare plan — noted separately, agreed to in advance.
